I want this place to stay small.

Small enough that publishing does not feel heavy. Small enough that notes can be incomplete without feeling unfinished. Small enough that the design does not compete with the writing.

Most posts here will probably be about software engineering, but not only code. I care about the habits around the code too: communication, taste, debugging, review, maintenance, and the way teams make decisions.
